STRUCTURAL STEEL/NDT SPECIAL INSPECTOR

Kleinfelder's Pleasanton Materials Testing Laboratory is looking for a Structural Steel/NDT Special Inspector. Certifications that we are looking for include ICC Structural Steel, Certified Welding Inspector AWS and an ASNT Level II UT.QualificationsOur Technicians/Special Inspectors perform routine field and laboratory tests and inspections for purpose of verifying conformance to construction plans and specifications. A successful candidate must be able to follow proper procedures, perform accurate computations, and maintain cordial relationships with coworkers, clients, contractors, etc. Additionally, the candidate must by capable of clear and concise verbal and written communications (i.e. preparing daily reports and data sheets), the ability to operate with close to moderate supervision and may be called upon to perform various tasks at the discretion of the supervisor. Technicians/inspectors will be required to maintain required certifications current. Additional certification training available.
