Safety/EMT Medic Professional

Heavy Highway/Civil Construction Company seeks experienced EMT/Paramedic to work as a Safety Professional.  Past experience in field safety required, construction safety strongly preferred.  Candidate will be responsible for treatment and management of injury ands illness incurred at various jobsites.  Individual must be capable of offering the highest level of care to our field trades. Candidate will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining communication with area clinics and physicians. 

This person will also have various safety roles and responsibilities including training, inspections, compliance assurance, and working with project management to create safety plans and ensure safety goals are met.  The Safety Professional will also work with various local, state and federal agencies. Candidates must be capable of lifting 50 pounds and walking on rugged terrain.
