Get your career headed in a new direction … apply here and get the Alban Advantage!  HOURS:  8:00 am- 5:00 pm or as dictated by daily activitiesQUALIFICATIONS NEEDED: · Must be a strong communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills.· 3-5 years experience with EPG standby applications is required.· Previous parts and service sales, customer service, or engineering experience with EPG solutions is preferred. Be able to conduct effective sales presentations, using available computer programs, videos, and other sales material.· Must be well organized and have the ability to prioritize workload while providing excellent customer service.· Must be self motivated and able to work with limited supervision, be willing to travel, and work hours as required by job and customer demand. · Must be able to develop and execute effective marketing programs to produce results.· Good computer skills required and previous Caterpillar business systems (DBS, SIS, etc.) experience preferred.· Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory. DUTIES: Within Alban Engine Company policies, position is responsible for increasing compact generator product sales and service sales through effective customer account management. Position is responsible for maintaining good customer relations and ensuring customer parts and service needs are effectively addressed.
