Sales Manager HVAC/R- St. Petersburg, FL

This position will be responsible for the recruitment, development and management of Sales Representatives

Krauss Company of Florida currently has an excellent opportunity for a self-directed and results-oriented Commercial HVAC Sales Manager in our St. Petersburg office. The primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate and supervise the development of new business with the sales team under your direction.  You will also be responsible through personal sales goals as well as team sales goals for retaining our existing customer base and maintaining healthy and profitable customer relationships with a focus on developing and growing our maintenance base and Special Projects sales volume.


Job Responsibilities include:

* Generation of HVAC sales within the territory to commercial and industrial clients

* Establishment of strategies for achieving annual sales and margin growth targets
* Establishment of new accounts and increasing the volume and profitability of existing accounts
* Development and management of the outside and inside sales teams, including: recruitment, coaching, sales and safety training, planning, pricing, territory management, and sales activity reporting
* Management of the relationship with the customer base
* Management of the interface between sales staff and the field organization                               

A minimum of 5 - 7 years of HVAC sales experience
* Experience selling to the Consulting Engineering and business community
* Knowledge of HVAC design and application tools
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills and customer focus
* Ability to direct, supervise and manage sales team to achieve effective and efficient performance
* Proven track record of setting and surpassing performance objectives, strong leadership, communication skills, coaching abilities

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
* Sales Management experience is preferred

* Computer literate

* BS in Business or Engineering

* Knowledgeable of HVAC industry

* Minimum 7 years direct sales experience
