Sales Rep

Responsibilities include outside sales of Aggregate and Hot Mix Asphalt for our Stroudsburg, and Lake Ariel locations. Minimum requirements for this position include:• 5 years experience in aggregates/building materials,• 2 years sales experience, • Ability to work in a corporate-structured environment, • Excellent communication skills, • Associates degree or related experience or training,• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers,• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discount, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume, • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry,• Experience with Microsoft Office products. Responsibilities include: • Act as liaison between customer and company,• Increase average selling price each year,• Increase market share each year,• Gather market information for management decisions,• Daily visits and communication with customers,• Quote projects and customers verbally and in writing as required,• Assisting Sales Manager in administrative duties,• Responsible for month-end reports,• Responsible for updated market analysis in area of responsibility,• Candidate will work close to the internal construction group.We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and life insurance as well as 401(k), a positive atmosphere, a drug-free workplace and potential for advancement.
