Sales to Architects/Developers/Builders

Description:  Sales to Architects, Developers, Contractors, Builders, Project Managers

Job Purpose: Find customers for sales of the newly licensed concrete fence/wall system, "Stonetree Walls Midwest".  Develop relationship with Architects, Developers, Builders, Home Owners Associations and Government Planners. See website at www.stonetreemidwest.com.

Prerequisites:  Must have experience with sales to Development/Construction industry or work with the Building Industry, Project Supervision or Management.

Duties:

*Identifying, contacting and presenting prospective customers with a sales presentation for informative and sales purposes. Particularly Architects, Developers, Builders, Contractors, Home Owners Associations and Home owners.

*Focus sales efforts by seeking out potential uses for concrete privacy walls and making contact with decision makers.

*Drive to customers locations, build relationship and provide quotes

*Calculate prices for product installation

*Organize a sales effort for the Southwestern Ohio region

*Keep Management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory reports.

Skills/Qualifications:

Construction Experience, Sales, Closing skills, meeting and exceeding sales goals, prospectingskills, ability to build and maintain client relationships, product knowledge, presentation and follow-up, self-confidence, self-motivation.
