Senior Construction Estimator

North San Diego County General Contractor seeks Senior Construction Estimator with 5-10 years experience in the Private, Commercial, Retail and School Construction sectors with projects ranging from $1 to $30 million.  (Note:  Candidates with primarily Residential Construction experience need not apply and applications will not be considered).

The candidate must be proficient with relevant computer applications and have hard bid and negotiated bid experience.  Candidate must be an articulate professional with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.  Salary is negotiable with excellent benefits package (401(k), health, dental, life, flexible spending account, etc.)
