Senior Electrical Estimator

Your Company is a well established, industry-leading provider of electrical solutions in the Seattle area.  They have significant expertise in electrical and low voltage systems. If your passion and employment / project history indicates your ability to estimate single or multiple projects in the scope of $100K-$20 million in electrical, complete your projects on time, then you should apply. You’ll continue to develop and expand electrical estimating project responsibility through successful estimating / management practices and peer relationships.  The qualifications and experience you need to succeed include successful significant estimating experience in projects from $100K to $20 million. If you have successfully estimated higher volume electrical projects, please describe in your reply.  Significant past field experience is highly desirable for this position. Advanced to expert knowledge of Accubid is highly desirable. You must be an impact employee that produces significant results in your organization. You should have a demonstrated track history of successful estimating including design/build, conceptual and negotiated work. You must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while contributing to gaining acceptable profit margins. Your history should include commercial, industrial, data center, hospitality, municipal, high-end retail and multi-family condominium high rise work. You must have drive, initiative, and be a self starter to contribute to team goals!  Your ability to multi-task and respond in a positive manner to changing priorities will be critical. You must be flexible to come in early and stay late as customer and project demands dictate. Out of state Candidates welcome to apply, but must meet criteria and explain why you should be considered. Please describe your significant experience in electrical estimating.  A minimum of 5 to 7 years of successful experience is preferred in a Senior, Lead, Chief or Director of estimating with a mid sized or large electrical contractor. (Additional openings for Electrical Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Project Assistants, Project Coordinators, and Project Engineers for electrical and low-voltage work will be available in the near future.
