Presently Schetter Electric Inc. is seeking talented individuals for the position of Senior Electrical Estimator at our branch office in Martinez, CA.

 

At Schetter Electric, Inc. a Senior Electrical Estimator is an integral part of the TEAM responsible for accurate estimating to help bring in and manage part of our overall business.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Pro-actively prepare an estimate of a complete labor and material electrical estimate.  Accurately quantify bills of materials for quotation.  Communicate openly, clearly, and concisely at all organizational levels and with customers.

 

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Lead Electrical Estimating experience of 5 or more years in hard bid and design build projects of all sizes and types.  Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in performing all levels and types of Electrical Estimating activities.  Knowledge of local codes and the NEC.  Must be able to perform basic layout of circuitry for branch power and lighting. ConEst or equivalent estimating software experience is required.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to work independently with a team attitude.
