Senior Modeling Analyst

Job Description: IT professional responsible for developing and maintaining 3D photorealistic CGI model and associated database of the proposed New Campus East (NCE) facility.  3D images will be developed and rendered using COTS product Solid Edge and FAMEMS proprietary software, with associated data elements being stored in MS Access or other RDBMS.  3D Model will be used to enhance visualization and planning for the BRAC deployment of 8,500 personnel into the New Campus East (NCE) facilities on the Ft Belvoir Engineer Proving Grounds.  Effort will be phased over several years with completion required by Sep 30, 2011.  Member will receive FAMEMs software training in NorthernVA as well as our Colorado Springs office location.

Required Skills:Experience using any BIM, solid (3D) modeling or CAFM tool (such as Siemens PLM Solid Edge, ARCHIBUS, REVIT AutoCAD Architecture Suite, Bentley BIM applications), or any database platform and associated 4GLs (such as SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, MS Access).  Desired Skills:  Siemens PLM Solid Edge, MS Access, SQL Server, Oracle, Sharepoint software.  XML, VB Script, VBA, Java, C++ languages. 

Required Experience:Member must have a working knowledge in requirements analysis, information analysis, data mining, and be familiar with MS Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel and Access applications) as well as MS Project.  Member must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.  Desired Experience: Working knowledge 3D modeling, Computer-Aided Design/Drafting (AutoCAD 2007 3D drawing import/export functions), and Building Information Modeling (BIM), business process engineering, database design and development, software development or integration.
