The right candidate will have the following skill sets: Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write and translate) Degree-Advanced Degree preferred PHR or SPHR preferred 10 years experience-at least five years in HR Management Vast knowledge of EEOC/labor law compliance, workers compensation (California and Arizona Experience preferred) Recruitment, employee relations and compensation experience. OSHA compliance familiarity and health and job safety experience. Management, employee development and mentoring experience. Ability to travel one week a month to multiple locations. Must be looking for a long term home and possess a desire to grow and learn with a company. Construction Industry experience a plus! Stable job history a must!
