Position Title: Service Coordinator -- Chantilly Branch Position Responsibilities
Responsible for performing all administrative and operational activities and functions in support of multiple short-term Service projects for client accounts including, but not limited to:
· Coordinating the daily and weekend scheduling of the Chantilly Service crews;· Providing administrative services and support for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of projects and Service tickets;· Performing as secondary back-up for Administrative Assistant and ensuring adequate phone coverage at all times;
· Conducting verbal counseling sessions with the field employees as necessary, properly documenting discussions for file. Assist Operations Manager with dispensing written disciplinary actions, maintaining complete confidentiality and objectivity concerning problematic issues;
· Managing the opening and closure of all Service tickets for daily Service work for Chantilly branch. Maintain all client information and records from project start to completion;
· Answering in-coming business calls relating to Service projects, with a focus on maintaining total customer service. Researches inquires and issues and assist with problems resolution in a timely manner;
· Providing clerical support and related services to Operations Manager and field crew, ensuring all customer satisfaction, corporate quality, profitability and scheduled deadline objectives are achieved;
· Maintaining accuracy for Service department customer and open ticket logs, service material binders, and database;
· Performing as secondary back-up for Installation Coordinator and ensuring adequate phone coverage at all times;
· Providing assistance with generating Desi information for timely distribution to Chantilly customers;
· Maintaining and updating all test results for distribution to customer;
· Overseeing the hands-on testing for all Open Houses at the Chantilly branch;
· Coordinating and schedule employee-related functions;· Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements
· Minimum of five (5) years administrative experience in an office environment;
· Experience in the construction or cable installation industry desirable;
· Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
· Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize job responsibilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work
environment;
· Professional, team-oriented work ethic;
· Ability to work with minimal supervision with excellent problem solving skills;
· Proficiency in MS Office required; Experience in Solomon VI a plus;
· Experience in performing basic mathematical calculations;
· High school diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred;
· Adherence to regular attendance, and normal scheduled hours required;
· Willingness to be flexible and to work overtime, often on short notice.

Position Responsibilities
Responsible for performing all administrative and operational activities and functions in support of multiple short and long-term Operations projects including, but not limited to:
· Answering all in-coming business calls relating to assigned projects, with a focus on maintaining total customer service. Research inquires and issues and assist with problem resolution in a timely manner;
· Providing clerical support and related services to Operations Manager and field crew, ensuring all customer satisfaction, corporate quality, profitability and scheduled deadline objectives are achieved;
· Maintaining vending machine, coffee, and kitchen supplies and coordinating machine maintenance;
· Generating all Desi information for distribution to the customer;
· Maintaining all documentation and personnel records pertaining to field-employee issues, including attendance tracking, disciplinary and corrective action issues, work-related injuries and incidents, etc. Updating information as necessary, ensuring all documents correlate with events. Monitor issues once they occur to properly advise management in a timely manner on employee’s status;
· Overseeing all performance appraisals for field personnel, including maintaining reports of accomplishments/areas for development for applicable employees, distributing performance information to management, and coordinating effective dates;
