Service & Repair Sales Representative

Are you a highly motivated and goal oriented sales professional, who can also maintain attention to detail? The Eugene, OR location is currently seeking an individual who can aggressively identify and secure new & lost service & repair contracts.  The Service & Repair Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals by maintaining and growing the customer base with competitor’s equipment as well as TKE equipment.  Some job duties include: working closely with service technicians and operations to identify and develop service and repair leads; successfully preparing proposals to bid on service and repair agreements; delivering closing sales presentations as well as negotiating prices & terms in favor of the company’s ultimate goal; developing long & lasting relationships with new and existing customers; quarterly job/customer surveys; overcoming customer’s objections effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction; and other duties as necessary.



A high school diploma or GED is required.  A college degree or elevator/electrical apprenticeship is preferred but equivalent sales experience in the elevator or compatible industry will be considered.  Previous sales experience is preferred.  Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and computer skills are required.  The ability to read blueprinted and understand general mechanical and electrical applications is essential.  Must be highly organized and energetic to meet the internal and external customers’ expectations in a timely manner.  Previous elevator industry experience is a plus.
