Shop Supervisor

Oversee operations of a shop responsible for servicing heavy, medium, and/or small equipment

Log and record maintenance records in computer, order parts, direct the work of mechanics, evaluate proficiency of mechanics, provide training, prioritize and schedule work, communicate with internal and external customers, evaluate shop operations, troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment, and other branch-specific duties as required to maintain efficient operations and provide quality customer service.

Own tools, ability to use a computer, demonstrated ability to lead and motivate employees, strong knowledge of equipment and repair, strong customer service skills, and ability to manage vendors.
