Shop/Warehouse Assistant

F&G Mechanical Corporation, an EMCOR Company and a leading Mechanical Contracting firm located in the Secaucus, NJ area is in search of Shop/Warehouse Assistant to work under the supervision of the Facility/Shop Manager to maintain the warehouse, building grounds and office facility. 

 

Duties:

-  Maintain the Warehouse, building grounds and Office facility

-  Assist with the receiving, loading and unloading of trucks with deliveries.

-  Maintain and clean all common areas in and around the facility.

-  Maintain a safe, secure environment by following safety, security standards and procedures complying with safety codes and regulations.

 

Knowledge, Skill & Ability:

-  No Experience necessary.

-  Knowledge of Plumbing and/or HVAC parts, equipment and tools a plus.

-  The ability to lift approximately 40 pounds or more in weight.

-  Must be able to walk on uneven, slippery surfaces, climb ladders and stairs as required.

 

  Qualifications:

-  High School diploma or GED.

-  Basic computer skills, a plus
