Skilled Heavy Equipment Technician

ROMCO is currently seeking talented and driven heavy equipment technicians to join the team supporting the Gulf Coast Region. 

ROMCO sells and supports products from Volvo (motor graders, wheel loaders, articulated haul trucks, excavators, backhoe loaders and skid steer loaders), Hitachi (excavators, mining shovels and rigid haul trucks), Ingersoll Rand (compaction and road development equipment), Blaw Knox (asphalt pavers), Waldon (paving sweepers) and GOMACO (concrete paving technology).

 

The ideal candidate would possess a minimum of 5 years hands-on equipment repair experience and/or an equivalent mixture of education and experience.  Field Technician opportunities are available for those with the right mix of skills and self-starting behavior.   High School diploma or equivalent is required, and qualified training repairing heavy equipment is a plus.  Join a group of talented and dedicated technicians who help comprise the backbone of the ROMCO Service Team at our Houston location.  ROMCO is committed to ensuring our team is properly trained, including company-paid training (both locally and at locations around the state and U.S.).  We also encourage and motivate our technicians to seek MasterGuild status and reward those achieving this milestone.
