Sr. Estimator

Heery International is seeking an experienced Sr. Estimator for a $500 million construction project for the California Dept of Corrections. The Sr. Estimator will work for approximately 4 months in Sacramento, CA and then work in a variety of cities throughout the state where various projects are located. This individual must be open and willing to travel. This is an upgrade and expansion of various mental health facilities throughout the state. Requirements: Minimum of 10+ years experience with construction estimating on large public ground up project, preferably prior experience with correctional/prison or healthcare projects.   Very strong with conceptual estimating, hard dollar and take-offs.   Excellent communication skills.   Bachelors in Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering.    Heery International, Inc. is an architecture, construction management, engineering, facility management, interior design and program management firm with 1000+ employees located in 30 offices throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.  All selected candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
