If you are a seasoned Project Manager with experience running multiple projects valued at or above $15MM please read on...Sr. Project Manager, What you will be doing: - Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and reports the project management activities of multiple project teams with regard to school facilities. - Responsible for construction projects ranging in construction value from $15M to $ 100M Minimum Requirements:- Minimum 15 years experience in project/construction management of commercial and/or public facilities and familiarity with public contract code - 5 years experience in educational facility construction - Strongly prefer BS or BA in architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management or a closely related field.
