Job Description Substation Superintendent The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for management of all electrical related activities on the assigned project.  Responsibilities include:  cost control, project scheduling, field work, quality control, and the management of subcontractors for the electrical installation, testing, and commissioning of protection and controls relays for electrical transmission.   Requirements include:  excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, must have strong safety background, and must have previous construction and relay testing experience with substations.  A minimum of 5 years of experience with substations is required.   As a 100% employee owned firm, we offer stock ownership, incentive bonus programs and matching 401(k) plans.
