Superintendent

General contractor seeking seasoned Superintendent with a minimum 12 years experience.  Successful projects in senior care and apartment construction in excess of 100 units a must.  Position responsibilities will include complete oversight of the construction process as well as building and maintaining schedules, budgets, related documentation including; preparation of bid documents, development of trade scopes, evaluation of subcontractor proposals, and contract buyout.  Also, responsible for subcontractor management, crew relations & recruitment and overall team building.

Requirements:  Proven track record of safely and successfully completing construction projects on time and budget.  Must be a self managed team player with attention to details.  Applicant must possess excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and organization skills as well as proficiency with computers.  Proven knowledge in all phases of construction,  including but not limited to, site work, concrete, HVAC, plumbing, low-voltage, electrical, fire suppression as well as extensive knowledge of construction standards and building codes.
