To support our continued growth, TTR , is currently looking for experienced Field Service Technician to add to our growing team of dedicated professionals focused on excellent customer service and quality.

What you will be doing :



- Performs maintenance services on high voltage equipment such as transformers and switchgear that we offers to customer’s locations throughout CA and other states.

- Field Services Technician primarily inspects large substation transformers for full visual external inspection, resetting of applicable gauges, check for component leaks, paint condition, takes picture of equipment, fills out inspection forms and reports the inspection survey to the customer.

- Field Services Technician also extracts insulating fluid samples from drain valves into syringes and bottles.

- Other primarily duties also includes repairs and service work to shutdown equipment, painting, and insulated fluid servicing.

Requirements:

- Must be able to work out of town, overnight from alternate locations when requested.

- Have good troubleshooting and communication skills

- Have good mechanical and / or electrical aptitude

- Can work independently with minimal supervision while at customer's locations or with a team.

- Doesn’t mind flexible hours

- Must be flexible to changing schedules and environments.

- Able to lift 50-75 lbs, climb stairs & ladders and pass a fitness test

- Must have a clean DMV record and be insurable

- Upon hire, must meet requirement of a negative drug/alcohol screen.
