Temporary Front Desk Administrator / Receptionist

Temporary Front Desk Administrator/Receptionist THE JOB—WHAT IT IS:This is a six to eight week temporary position for the Front Desk Receptionist. Possible temp to hire position. As a Front Desk Administrator with Terracon you will: Direct all visitors, customers and inbound calls to the appropriate person in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner. Assist with daily mail and faxes, both incoming and outgoing. Provide general administrative support to the Purchasing and Facilities department. Update and distribute a variety of documents including mail and extension lists. Assist with various projects and other tasks as assigned by different departments. THE PERSON—WHAT IT TAKES:You are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid drivers license. You must have 2 years of related experience, preferably in a corporate office setting. Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and in a team environment; excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access applicaitons; attention to detail; organizational skills; and ability to handle multiple priorities are required.
