Position Description:

Transition Planning Management-Project ManagerUnique opportunity to be part of a team managing large relocations or transitions of research and education facilities. Qualified candidates will have undergraduate degree, 5 years experience in relocation or facilities management with emphasis in space and equipment planning, logistics, scheduling, furniture procurement and vendor coordination. Experience managing complex, large projects over 250,000 sf in education, R&D, or office facilities a plus. Proficiency with MS Office software, including Access, is essential. Proficiency with scheduling software and CADD is a plus. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal, communications, organizational and planning skills. EOE M/F/D/V
