The Sales Process Manager assists in developing and implementing positioning and proposal strategies that further the goals of the business group’s strategic plan.KEY DUTIES:1. Provide input and lead coordination support for proposals, business developmental planning and strategy development, client development strategies and market segment initiatives2. Develop SOQs, proposals, and presentations in concert with the procurement team, to ensure client-focused proposals and presentations are prepared to meet and exceed RFP requirements, CH2M HILL's quality expectations in an efficient and timely manner consistent with the sales strategy3. Assist by developing and maintaining a database of business development materials necessary to manage the production of qualification packages, proposals, and oral presentations; manage and direct proposal/interview production team, coordinate Word Processing, Graphics, Technical Writing/Editing, while adhering to tight cost and schedule limitations**Minimum 10 years experience**QualificationsMinimum 10 years developing and managing 5 to 100 million dollar technical proposals or client deliverables for government and/or commercial clients. Preferred Qualifications: A 4-year Bachelor s Degree in Technical Communications, English, Journalism, or related field (strongly preferred)JOB EXPERIENCE:Minimum 10 years managing medium-to-large technical proposals or client deliverables for government and/or commercial clients.Must have transportation (bridges/highway) design-build market experience.
