Our mission is to be the primary strategic and professional service provider to developers, financiers, owners, and other key players in the PPP market. Our current focus is supporting all aspects of toll road concessionaires including project coordination of major pursuits, traffic and revenue forecasting, and capital and operational expenditure forecasting. Candidates shall: (1) possess a Bachelors degree in an analytical field (engineering, applied math, economics, business, commerce, finance etc); (2) demonstrate experience utilizing spreadsheet and database applications to manage data, develop relationships and models; (3) be proficient in the use of computers for making engineering calculations; and (4) demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Successful candidates will also be detail-oriented, produce accurately and timely work products, and be comfortable working in a team environment. Primary responsibilities include: (1) survey design; (2) data collection and management; (3) development and/or adaptation of transportation models as required for toll road forecasting; (4) analytical risk analysis; (5) preparation of revenue lines for financial modeling; (6) benchmarking and literature review; (7) client liaison; and (8) report writing and presentation of results. Due to the diverse geographic nature of our projects and our clients, opportunities for travel are available.
