Traveling Construction Crews, skilled & laborers
General construction Crew Members based around the Buffalo/Rochester area with at least 2 - 5 years experience are needed for our growing company.Must be able and willing to travel. Clean driving record, valid drivers license, tools and reliable transportation are required. The ideal candidate will have diverse construction background including carpentry, flooring, electrical, plumbing and mechanical skills. Experience in heavy duty/commercial grade cleaning a plus.
We are also hiring Construction Laborers based around the Buffalo/Rochester area to assist skilled crew members. Must be able to consistently lift loads of at least 40 pounds, able to travel, have a clean driving record, valid drivers license and have reliable transportation. Experience in the fields of construction or commercial grade cleaning a plus.
This is a 1099 job for independent contractors.

The work environment for these particular positions of Crew Member and Construction Laborer is retail construction job sites where you may be exposed to noise, fumes, dust and hazardous elements. At the same time, the locations are open to the public and you must be sensitive to “house rules” and respect restricted areas as well as all client property.
The Crew Member and Construction Laborer positions require the individual to work on site with other crew members on various tasks related to re-fixturing, floor repairs, interior signage, minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical and some lighting work. For planning purposes, you should assume that you will be away from home Monday night through Thursday night. If you are having to work a considerable distance from home, the typical deployment for our market of work will be 4 weeks. Saturday and Sunday work may be required to catch up from delays encountered during the week.
Pay scale is dependent upon the amount of experience, skill mix and tools.
