Used Equipment Assistant Manager-CAT Dealer

HO Penn, the Caterpillar dealer for all of CT and Lower NY is seeking candidates for the position of Used Equipment Asst Manager, located in our Danbury, CT branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-minded individual to join a growth-oriented company that has been in business for over 85 years. 

Reporting to the Manager of Used Equipment Sales, the Used Equipment Asst Manager will assist in the day to day operations of the Used equipment and rental department by successfully assisting in the administrative functions, maintain effective cost control practices relating to the servicing of used equipment and assist with the sale and purchasing of used equipment.

 

The ideal candidate will be a High School graduate (college preferred), have a strong mechanical background and have at least five years experience in the equipment/construction industry.  Excellent computer skills are required, and must be proficient with MS Excel.  Strong oral/written/organizational and negotiation skills are required.
