Warehouse - various duties

 

Manufacturer and Control System Integrator is seeking the help of a warehouse oriented individual to help with the day to day needs in our facility.  Company is a Fortune 400 subsidiary.

 

Knowledge base:

Shipping & Receiving

Deliveries

Basic vehicle maintenance & scheduling of maintenance function

Basic carpentry

Light manufacturing

Organizational skills

1-5 years experience in related, preferred

 

Duties:

This position will include organization of stock materials, shipping & receiving of company materials, and assistance with common carrier deliveries, general maintenance & repairs for company building, vehicle maintenance, warehouse organization, ordering of stock materials, and deliveries and pickups using company trucks.

 

Job Requirements:

High School diploma, or equivalent

Valid & clean driver’s license

Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools

General knowledge of manufacturing facilities and warehousing

 

Preferred:

Certified forklift operator (will provide training)

Attention to detail

Safety training - ability to identify and monitor overall warehouse safety

General knowledge of electrical/mechanical industries
