Warehouse Coordinator - Sandy, UT

WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR$12/HR Spherion has partnered with a national leader in Facility Automation to identify an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for their Sandy, UT location.  This is an immediate, long term (6+ months), temporary assignment with the possibility of becoming direct hire for an outstanding candidate.  JOB DESCRIPTION: The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties to ultimately ensure on-time at accurate shipping and delivery to the client job site.   DUTIES: Maintains stockroom and warehouse inventory levels, organizes job stacks, and coordinates job site material deliveries.  Coordinates job material handling with operations, maintains established inventory levels to avoid excessive interest charges, and conducts all other warehouse activities as directed. Receives, logs, and assigns job stacks for all incoming job material and parts inventory. Assists in tracking job material to prevent job slippage. Schedules timely delivery of job materials to site. Maintains warehouse inventory at branch-established levels. Records all transactions on company inventory control system and maintains inventory count within a company standard. Coordinates all incoming parts orders for shipment as assigned. Prepares MTO’s for transfer of materials from branch stock to job or job to branch stock. Also performs receptionist/phone duties as required.
