Location: SANTA ROSA, CA 95401 Contact Email: NVELASQUEZ@SIMPLEXGRINNELL.COM Phone : 925-273-0100 Fax: 925-456-9087 JobRefCode: 412 - ELEC SYS SALES REP - 021666 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Sales/Retail/Business Development Experience: 5+ to 7 Years       Job Description   Job Description: SimplexGrinnell, an integrated unit of Tyco International Ltd., is a recognized leader in the manufacture, sales and service of state-of-the-art monitor and control systems for fire alarm, integrated security (access control, CCTC, intrusion alarm), communications, nurse call, portable fire extinguishers, suppression and sprinkler fire protection systems.  Our continued growth has produced a need for an experienced Electronic Systems Service Sales Representative in our Santa Rosa, CA location.   Responsibilities: Identifying, promoting and selling SimplexGrinnell Electronic Systems products, including fire alarm, access control, intrusion, CCTV and communication systems in commercial, educational and industrial facilities Ability to identify and qualify customer needs, develop sales strategies and negotiate and close profitable projects with end-users and in the commercial construction community Customer satisfaction through system design, coordination and communication Account management of new and existing customers Develop a personal business plan to meet sales objectives and goals in assigned territory Develop personal tools to track and monitor sales opportunities Minimum Qualifications: BS in electronics or business or equivalent work experience in electronic business 5 or more years of sales experience in the commercial construction industry, including end-user and contractor sales.  Preference will be given to applicants with commercial fire alarm or controls systems sales experience.
