A very reputable multi-family developer in  the southern California area seeks a construction manager to oversee several mullti-family projects in the southern California area. The construction manager will report to the Vice President of Construction and will supervise each superintendent assigned to the various projects. The construction manager will be in charge of coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, creating schedules, monitoring schedules and assuring that the projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The construction manager will act as a liason for corporate in providing updated information on project progress. The construction manager also may coordinate with municipalities to obtain any needed approvals.Ten or more years of multi-family (Types I thru V) preferred.
