PROJECT EXECUTIVE NY CITY COMMERCIAL INTERIORS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Exciting opportunity for an accomplished construction management project executive to join a market leader managing construction projects for Fortune 500 clients NYC. Must have a minimum of 10 to 15 years progressively responsible field operations experience building projects for similar clientele in NYC market.

Exposure to client relations or business development, the ability to effectively supervise teams of people executing to the highest possible technical standards and excellent communications skills will qualify you to take on the challenge of continuing our leadership role in NYC tenant fit outs. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle, from client acquisition through estimating, pre-con, construction and close out for projects ranging upwards from $2 million and up.
