Accounts Manager

Griffith Floor Covering is one of the largest commercial flooring companies in the Northwest. Based out of Seattle, we are now expanding our operation to include Portland and the surrounding area. We are in need of a House Accounts Manager/ Customer Service Manager for this new market. 

This position would be best suited for someone with customer service and troubleshooting skills. You will be responsible for tending to the ongoing needs of existing accounts that do not belong to one of our sales staff. In addition you will help to streamline service delivery in the this new market by implementing and enforcing company procedures and policies with our installation staff. Our company is growing very fast, and is in need of internally motivated intelligent people to help us keep our commitment to our customers.
