Accounts Payable/Data Entry Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Successful candidates will be responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable/Data Entry processing including: auditing invoices, matching, posting, batching, vendor relations, printing of checks.

· Coordinate payments with vendors, review payment history, and facilitate account dispute resolutions.

· Monitor and maintain vendor insurance requirements.

· Accurately maintain vendor files.

· Assist in obtaining audit information for both internal and external audit requests.

· Credit Application preparation

· Weekly AutoPay analysis

· Assist with special projects as requested.

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· MUST HAVE 10-key experience – 8,000 kph or more.

· Self-directed and proactive, work independently with broad guidelines.

· Develop strong working relationships with individuals and departments, as well as trades and vendors.

· Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

· Be dependable/reliable and follow through on commitments, producing timely work to required- or higher-standards, and pitching in to get the job completed.

· Be attentive to detail and adhere to company policies and standards.

· Demonstrate good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· 1+ year accounts payable processing experience.

· High school degree or equivalent.

· Home building experience strongly preferred.
