We are a “One Source” Paving Contractor. We provide site preparation, asphalt paving from new construction to repair, sealcoating, line striping and design, wheel stops, concrete repair and concrete curbing. We offer a wide variety of products and are certified applicators of Jennite® pavement sealer and Street Printä pavement texturing.

 

Parking Area Maintenance, Inc. is seeking qualified Asphalt Superintendent.  Qualified applicant should be able to oversee jobsite operations and delegate specific job duties.  Must be accountable for team’s adherence to standard operating procedures.  Must be able to evaluate material and manpower as needed according to jobsite specifications.  Responsible for job completion with estimated time and cost.  Duties to include preparing for upcoming projects.  Candidates should have knowledge of asphalt paving for all private and state projects.  Will oversee foremen and subcontractors on multiple projects on a daily basis.  Must enforce and promote company’s safety policies and have a strong understanding of DOT rules.  Must have strong communication skills and basic math skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.  A valid commercial drivers license and Spanish/English Bilingual skills are a plus.
