Assistant Construction Project Manager

Job Purpose:

Assistant Project Manager and/or administrative support for a growing Construction Management company based in Boston. Proven record of working with project managers, clients and Architects.



Duties:



Ability and experience to handle Commercial restaurant and food service projects up to $2M. Goal oriented with the ability to work with clients, architects, sub contractors on a professional level.

Able to set up projects, files, handle purchase orders, contract processing, shop drawing approval process, on site meetings,


* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.



* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.



Skills/Qualifications:

Administrative Writing Skills, Verbal Communication, Process Improvement, Organization, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Presenting Technical Information, Analyzing Information, Decision Making.
Excel, Word, Project experience required.
