Our Client, one of the largest commercial general contractors, has confidentially retained our firm to identify and attract an Assistant Estimator in Hawaii! THE COMPANYOne of the most respected negotiated General Contractors in Hawaii is looking for an experienced Assistant Estimator to join their team. The GC specializes in Design Build work, focusing much of their efforts on Commercial Buildings, specifically in Healthcare Facilities, Office Buildings, Hotels/Resorts, Retail, Residential, and Parking Structures. This company also comes with a stable history and has a backlog of business to support its future growth. This construction company concentrates on new construction and large renovation projects ranging from $10 to $20 million. It is an organization that concentrates on new construction and large renovation projects ranging in size from $10 million to $20 million. Our client is an industry leader in creative approaches such as design-build and is a founding member of the Design-Build Institute of America. This company is acknowledged within the industry for its leadership, strict cost and quality controls, and pioneering construction materials and methods. The company is consistently ranked among the largest builders in the country.  QUALFICATIONSOur Client is looking for an articulate professional who has excellent communication and presentation skills.  The qualified candidate should have 5 years experience in estimating.  Must have a stable work history.
