Assistant Project Manager (Project Engineer) - Structured Cabling Construction

We have an immediate need for Project Engineers (Assistant Project Managers) for our Structured Cabling Group. This position will work out of our Fullerton, CA office.

 Job Duties: Assist in contract management.Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to jobsite.Regular interaction with labor superintendents, project foreman and office staff.Build long-term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions.Provide consistent feedback and reports to Project Managers.Additional Duties as determined by Project Managers.

 Structured Cabling ContractingEstimatingSalesOperationsCustomer ServiceOrganizational AbilityExcellent Verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independentlyAny combination of the following:Construction or related field experienceRCDD, RCDD LAN Specialist, Installer, Technician Manufacturer certified by Corning, Systimax, Uniprise, Panduit, AMP NetConnect, Ortronics, Leviton, Sumitomo ABF.Cable and or Systems experience with: Paging, Intercom, Security, CATV, CCTV, Access Control Wireless, LAN, VOIP, Audio Video, and PBX.McCormick estimating system or similar system experience.
