This position requires an individual that is service oriented and has the willingness to accommodate maintenance request from tenants and management with a professional and courteous demeanor.  
We need a dedicated individual who is willing to be committed to the needs of the building and tenants, which requires close residency…within 10 miles of the GM Tech Center (12 & Van Dyke area).  Position may also require some early days and late evenings. 

Duties include but are not limited to…

Maintaining building environment and accessibility by maintaining building equipment, heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing systems; maintaining grounds.

5+ Years Experience In Repair And MaintenanceGeneral Upkeep of Building…Drywall, Painting, Minor RenovationsBoiler, Chillers, Air Handlers, Ventilations Damper & Controls Maintenance a PlusValid Driver’s LicensePhysical, Drug & Criminal Screens
