Business Solutions Manager/Customer Service Professional

Job Purpose:


This position is responsible for executing new store restaurant packages.  BSM/CSP will be required to manage the overall project from proposal to closure stage.  The BSM/CSP will ensure that all items are properly ordered, shipped, billed and ensure customer satisfaction.  The BSM will be an expert in project management duties and take a leadership role in the Department while the CSP will have project management duties. The BSM/CSP will also support replacement sales and other team members as needed.


Duties:
-Prepare site specific quotes from blueprints for New Store projects

-Put together proposals including pricing, cut sheets, and revisions

-Interface with customer to execute against their store opening time line

-Ensure communication between inventory control, vendor management, A/P, distribution center and logistics for status information and discrepancy resolution

-Resolve issues timely that impede prompt order delivery and accurate execution

-Interface with Construction Manager, General Contractors, and internal teams to execute flawless New Store projects within timeline metrics

-Ability to work on up to 25 new store projects at various stages of progress at any given time

-Assist with the rollout, execution, and training of new processes

-Ability to identify and implement process improvements

Additional Desired Skills:

-Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience required

-Food Service Industry Experience

-JD Edwards Experience

-Demonstrated ability to work well with internal and external customers

-Interest and passion in applying experience and skills
