COMMERCIAL PLUMBING ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER - $70K/year!! (or more DOE).

A rare opportunity is immediately available for a commercial plumbing estimator who has five+ years background as a project manager and seven+ years field experience in the commercial plumbing industry including high rise tenant improvements.

Reporting to the President/Owner of this successful and growing plumbing company, the selected candidate will work with new and existing customers, contractors and developers via phone and in person from initial bid through final acceptance to ensure client satisfaction and company profitability.  Direct responsibilities include estimating potential projects, submitting the proposals and directing and monitoring the winning projects, including contract administration. The ideal candidate is a professional level individual who can use his/her entrepreneurial thinking to help take the business to the next level.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the customer awareness to be able to respond to customer concerns and issues appropriately and promptly are essential.  Computer fluency with knowledge of computer-based estimating software imperative; experience with Estimation a huge plus.
