Job Description:

Commercial and Residental Millwork / Finish Carpenter Project Manager

You will be joining a General Contractor company that has its own millwork shop & finish carpenters

Fuctions & ResponsibilitiesEstimatingTakeoffs from architectural plansMaterial & Labor TakeoffsRFIRFPManage shop drawings and sample submission processWork directly with project managers to go over details & schedulingOrder materialsMaintaining inventory of shop suppliesReturn materialsSupervise shop foremanQuality controlMonitor productivityVerify measurementsCoordination & Scheduling between millwork department and other trades such as stain sub and countertop subSchedule & oversee deliveriesProject manage finish carpenters on siteMonitor safety

QualificationsProven track record - minimum 15 years experience5 years Millwork project management experience10 years experience in shop fabrication & finish carpentryAble to read blueprintsFully computer literatePath schedulingProfessional communication skillsMust be well organizedMust be solution orientedMust have a can-do team approachMust be highly motivated
