CONSTRUCTION - FOUR Curtainwall Project Managers
We have an immediate need to hire 4 experienced Curtainwall Project Managers to grow our rapidly expanding team.
My client is an exceptional, industry leading Curtainwall contractor and fabricator who has been in business for almost 50 years. Many of our projects become landmarks. We have numerous projects in New York City, however, the opportunity does exist to work on projects in other regions, including internationally, if the successful hire desires.
Although a large and financially secure company, the office retains a close-knit, friendly atmosphere. You would not be just another employee! Our growth philosophy is to hire from within, a classic example is a former Project Manager who is now the President of one of their locations.
The role:
We are seeking curtainwall Project Managers who have experience running mid to high rise projects from start to finish including 100% financial responsibility for their jobs. You will play a key role in managing various relationships with clients, architects, and general contractors so superior communication skills are a must.
Skill set:Experienced building mid-rise + projects. Either live in or be willing to relocate to New York City area. (Will assist with relocation expense.) Experienced managing projects in excess of $10MM through to $100,000,000 MM
We are offering a very attractive compensation plan, bonus potential, 401K with some matching, health, dental, vision, and more! In addition, relocation is an option.
