Job Description: Assist with busy phones Sort, verify and input mechanics work hours for weekly payroll Create and maintain spreadsheets and lists in Excel Type proposals and contracts for customers and other correspondence in Word Carry out other clerical duties as assigned

 

This position requires proper phone etiquette as speaking with customers is a daily occurrence. It also requires daily contact with technicians to ensure all time for payroll is correct.  Applicants must be a fast learner and thorough. Accuracy is key when dealing with the payroll side of this position.

 

Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and 10-key. Should be able to type 55 WPM.
