Client Care Representative

We are Modern Service for Home and Business and we are looking for someone like you to join our team as a Client Care Representative. Our Client Care Representative is responsible for taking customer phone calls, scheduling, follow-up with our customers, data entry, and numerous other customer service related projects.  

     

This position requires a person to have great customer skills, be well organized, excellent multi-tasking skills, a pleasant & professional office attitude, and have good computer skills (Microsoft Office Products).  Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus as well as an overall knowledge of the service  industry.
