Commercial HVAC Project Sales

TUDI Mechanical Systems has an immediate opportunity in Commercial HVAC Project Sales.

We are seeking a Sales Professional who will be responsible for sales of new and replacement rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and other equipment solutions to commercial & industrial customers.

Responsibilities: Reviewing estimates with service personnel and appropriate operations team members to get mutual agreement prior to customer presentations. Securing equipment and material pricing and availability from vendors, including scope, payment terms, and conditions.This position will develop new and existing accounts in the commercial and industrial market segments. The successful candidate will maintain a strong working relationships with our customers, are enthusiastic, and are well organized in their day to day activities. We expect Sales Professionals will be competitive, proactive, and relentless in their pursuit of sales goals.

Technical Skills Required:Position requires a minimum of 3+ years experience Understanding of equipment selection & layout Strong oral and written communication skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Consultative and solution sales experience Background in HVAC Controls is a plus. Understanding of HVAC service and installation procedures  Estimating experience Ability to prepare load calculations Utility rate analysis experience is a plus
