About the Opportunity

FMI Construction Insurance Benchmarking division is currently seeking a highly analytical and customer service based self-motivated individual to join their team in the newly created role, Construction Insurance Benchmarking Research Associate.

 

Construction Insurance Benchmarking is start-up business for FMI and this person will have a major role in the success of the division. An entrepreneurial mind-set will be highly valued. Work in the beginning of the process may be tedious, but opportunities are measureless.

 

Responsibilities include:

· Research and input data into customized spreadsheets

· Review client completed surveys to ensure that information is adequate for report creation

· Maintain client account and login information

· Assist in report design and creation for clients

· Maintain client relationships

· Supervise other individuals as the business develops

 

Successful candidates must possess the following qualifications:

· Bachelors degree (Economics or other Social Sciences preferred)

· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

· Strong analytical skills, including comprehension of basic statistical information

· Ability to exercise sound independent judgment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including keen listening and telephone skills

· Strong attention to detail

· MS Excel and Power Point

· MS Infopath experience a plus

· Knowledge of the commercial insurance industry would be a plus
