Construction Administrator

The Mergis Group is seeking a construction administrator for a leading consulting engineering firm in Richmond VA.  This company handles complex design challenges associated with government and military facilities around the world.  They provide expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, security, structural and civil engineering.  The responsibilities will include administration of large construction projects, handling of RFIs and reviewing shop drawings and submittals from contractors.  Requirements:  5+ years of experience including construction field observation Bachelor’s or Associates degree in engineering, architecture, or construction related field US Citizenship Ability to obtain a government security clearance Proficiency in MS Project, Word and Excel Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
