Construction Company Service Division Leader

Service Division Leader needed for Construction Company specializing in commercial real estate management. This is a growth position due to the recent expansion into the Baltimore Market.

The qualified candidate will have in-depth knowledge of local contractors, solid estimating skills for both General Service and larger contract work, and the ability to manage and develop a service team. Prior experience in managing a Service Division is a strong pre-requisite. Strong business development and superior customer communication skills are required.

The selected candidate will poses the ability to estimate and manage a wide variety of work ranging in value of $1,000.00 - $500,000.00. Must have working experience with AIA Invoicing, Microsoft Project, Cost Tracking Software (Timberline preferred) dispatching experience, field staff management, and recruiting practices.
