Required skills and responsibilities: 5+ years experience in commercial construction - restaurant, retain, tenant finish out and hotels. Strong communication skills Time management skills High level of customer service skills and professionalism Ability to manage and coordinate several projects simultaneously Ability to manage and coordinate multi-trades and employees Knowledge and ability to read and understand construction specs and plans Knowledge in current building codes, permit process and inspection process.
